My latest new Pro entry in the A class is the Porsche 918 Spyder with Weissach Package. I did not Pro it because I thought it was good, but because I'm a Porsche fan. That was the only reason. But my secret hope is that this fastest Porsche in A8 (without real money) can be a real competitor in the A class.
I could have picked my A-class king, the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, for comparison, but it felt like this would not be fair. So I picked the Pagani Huayra instead. So today it's Germany vs. Italy! Let's get ready to rumble!
7 races in a row, Classic Season day #6, ~1840 points, full boosters
10 points for 1st place, 6 points for 2nd, 4 for 3rd, 3 for 4th, 2 for 5th and 1 for 6th

Not having won a single race actually says it all already: The Porsche is not a champion - at all!! It does have the capability to wreck other cars that are equally low in the 1772 bracket, like the Agera R. But it's imprecise and sluggish, especially in the drift-to-nitro transition. It feels like this car just doesn't want to do what it's told.
It also has slow acc, large drift radius and easily gets tangled up in the start turmoils. So sorry dude, you look great, but you aren't! Absolutely not!

This car can lead the race from start to finish, but it can also fight its way back to the top positions after being wrecked. It's a car to win fights and to win races. It's very dynamic and gives you confidence while driving it.
Only in complex corner combinations, it can be a little fiddly sometimes. It can even beat an SSIE if driven properly. Only the ZR1 remains an invincible opponent for the Huayra.
Summary
I started at ~1840 points and went down to ~1800 with the Porsche. With the Huayra, I went back up from ~1800 to ~1880. Do I need to say more? The Porsche is a complete disappointment and doesn't even deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence. As the Huayra!
So congratulations from Germany to Italy! German cars are among the best in the world. But when it comes to sports cars, you rule! ๐ฎ๐น
