The Acura NSX GT3 Evo as well as the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport are currently my best cars in the 1682 bracket. At least that's what I thought! But according to what people in this forum say about the Lamborghini Aventador Coupé, it should be even better. But is that really true? Let's find out!
6 races in a row, Classic Season day #6, starting at 1939 points, full boosters
10 points for 1st place, 6 points for 2nd, 4 for 3rd, 3 for 4th, 2 for 5th and 1 for 6th
The Lambo is a little slow in full drift, but aside from that, it's just about the perfect car: It's an awesome starter, the micro-drifting is not bad either, it has very good nitro efficiency, and it's easy to wreck a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport starting in front of you. And the car is nice to fight your way from the back of the grid to 2nd or even 1st place.
It only feels a little fragile, got wrecked 2 times in one of the races and finished last.
The Acura feels safer than the Lambo in terms of precision, skidding or getting wrecked. It has worse nitro efficiency and acc, but aside from that, I cannot really see any disadvantages. It doesn't have much character, so it's hard to say anything about it. Which doesn't mean it's not a good car, it definitely is. It's a well-balanced car that is suitable for any track. And definitely still one of my best cars in the bracket!
Summary
Both cars are capable of start-to-finish victories, when starting from the pole position. Whereas the Acura is the safer scorer, the Lambo is the more risk-loving winner's car. It does require more skills than the Acura, but I think it definitely is the overall better car of these two.
