In U64, the Lamborghini Terzo Millennio went up from rank 1806 to 1860. So for people like me, who Proed it and then were disappointed because of how much slower it was than all other S-class cars, it's like having wasted a lot of resources then, but getting a new S-class Pro car for free now.
But is the Terzo really worth it? As I've been using the Bugatti Divo for months in MP and Gauntlet without ever writing about it, I've finally picked it for this review.
7 races in a row, Classic Season day #7, starting at ~1900 points, full boosters
10 points for 1st place, 6 points for 2nd, 4 for 3rd, 3 for 4th, 2 for 5th and 1 for 6th
Lamborghini Terzo Millennio 1st: 1 2nd: 2 3rd: 1 4th: 1 5th: 1 6th: 1 Points: 32 / 70
The Terzo is a light, agile car that is very strong in tight corners. And the acc is also Ok. But aside from that, it has mostly only disadvantages: With its large drift radius, the sumptuous use of nitro and the lack of power, even when triple-tapped, it's easy prey for the sharks in MP.
Against the FFZERO1 or regular Jesko, it's a toothless tiger, so it doesn't feel really reliable. In fact, it reminds me of the 918 Spyder in many of its negative aspects.
Bugatti Divo 1st: 4 2nd: 3 Points: 58 / 70
The Divo is the opposite of the Lambo in many respects. It's heavy, but in a stable, powerful way. Although I must admit, it has become a little more bulky in full drift since U63. Maybe even an additional bit in U64, I'm not sure. But it forgives small steering mistakes with its good and powerful response to triple-tap and its absolute precision.
It's an awesome starter and supreme when leading the field. But it's also a fighter. For example, in one of the races I wrecked an FFZERO1 just by touching its side for a couple of seconds, without even having to sandwich it. In another race, one of my opponents was a good player driving a Terzo, and I outran him on the track with nothing but concentration, aggression and a little patience. So the Divo is a real champ like the Battista and almost too good for its rank.
Summary
So let me conclude this comparison between the Terzo and the Divo with a quote from the movie Pulp Fiction: "It ain't the same league. It ain't even the same fucking sport."
Or with a screenshot of my last race with the Divo, which demonstrates my point way better than words ever could:
