This thread is for the performance analysis of Class A cars and how they rank against one another.
Users can contribute in the comments. I don't own every car at MAX+PRO (or full-PRO, full-MAX or ULTIMATE) in Class A, though I own many of them.
At the moment, the list only contains the overpowered Class A cars, whose performances are easy to compare.
EDIT1: I have specified that the Superfast has poor drifting.
EDIT2: The Lamborghini Veneno, Lamborghini SC20 and McLaren Elva have been added to the list.
EDIT3: I've created a Class A graveyard for the Rezvani Beast Alpha and Rezvani Beast X.
EDIT4: I've added the Pagani Zonda R and Spada Codatronca TSS in next to the other Legacy cars at A1770.
EDIT5: I've moved the TVR Sagaris Special Edition to the Class A graveyard. – January 10, 2022 (Ronan🌻)
EDIT6: I've added the Chrysler ME412 in next to the other Legacy cars at A1769. – January 10, 2022 (Ronan🌻)
EDIT7: New cars include: Aston Martin Victor, Ford GT Mk II, Pagani Imola. – May 2, 2022 (Ronan🌻)
EDIT8: The Ford GT 2017 has been nerfed from A1800 to A1770. – May 2 2022 (Ronan🌻)
EDIT9: I've restructured the formatting of the entire Class A performance list. – May 2 2022 (Ronan🌻)

EDIT14: Two new cars have been added; Team Fordzilla P1 and Porsche 911 Edition 50yrs PD; both have been placed in Tier 2.1 (imprecise) – October 17 2022 (Ronan🌻)
EDIT15: The Ferrari 812 Superfast has been nerfed to a lower class while the Mercedes-Benz Silver Lightning has been buffed to a higher class. – October 17 2022 (Ronan🌻)
EDIT16: The McLaren P1™ GTR has been reshuffled from S1809 to A1769. Moved from "Tier 8 – Supporters" in the Class S thread to "Tier 3.2 – Supporters" in the Class A thread. – November 12 2022 (Ronan🌻)

- [1800 --> 1770] Ford GT 2017
Comments: Excellent performance in all areas. Flawless Class A king, may as well be in Class S, aside from the lack of speed compared to S1860 cars. - [1798 --> 1501] Rezvani Beast X
Comments: Not as good as the Ford GT 2017. Very manoeuvrable but also very unstable. Only slightly better than the Rezvani Beast Alpha, its cousin. The Beast X is very powerful at ~1700 in Multiplayer with a good Multiplayer tune, so it might be better to use it down at that rank, whereas the GT17 can instead be used at ~1800. It might be hard to tune due to PRO-upgrade-locking. - [1767 --> 1410] Rezvani Beast Alpha
Comments: These cars should all be prioritized for Multiplayer tuning. There are plenty of Festival cars at 1770 to replace them up there, whilst they are down-tuned.
Posthumous: It was pretty similar to the Rezvani Beast X but was slightly more stable and hence better for its rank. Conversely, the Beast X always maintained the speed and tuneability advantage. - [1738 --> 1500] TVR Sagaris Special Edition
Comments: This car is very powerful at ~1700 in MP. Although it lacks acceleration, it has extremely good nitro efficiency, handling and drifting compared to nearby cars. It is really small, which gives it an advantage with manoeuvrability, similar to the Rezvani Beast Alpha higher up in Class A. This car is my favourite Special Edition car. I use it at MAX+PRO in Multiplayer, at 1738. - [1795 --> 1681] Ferrari 812 Superfast
Comments: I never used (owned) the Superfast before it was nerfed to high Class B in late-2022. It used to be the king of Class A for several months after the Ford GT 2017 was nerfed to A1770. It had good acceleration and semi-wide drifting. - [1705 --> 1859] Mercedes-Benz Silver Lightning
Comments: The Silver Lightning was a good car among bad cars, but it otherwise wasn't anything special. It was buffed to high Class S in mid-2022. Now, it's a mediocre car in that rank range.
Retired comments:
- Comments: I don't own it. It seems to be very good. It is comparable to the Ford GT 2017 and Rezvani Beast X. I can't tell exactly how it compares, but it's up there.
Addendum: I've seen reports from certain players at this forum that the Superfast has rather bad drifting. - Comments: These five cars all have better nitro efficiencies than the other cars near the same rank. I'm not sure exactly what the Essenza's is, but it's really good.
- Comments: This car technically has very good performance at full-PRO, including a good nitro efficiency, but it's a hybrid Festival car. This car is very expensive to fully upgrade.
- Comments: These cars should all be prioritized for Multiplayer tuning. There are plenty of Festival cars at 1770 to replace them up there, whilst they are down-tuned.
- Comments: These cars are all fairly good, but not useful enough to warrant being sought after over other cars near the same rank.
- Comments: This car is a fast-accelerating boat. It is not very useful with a Multiplayer tune due to its high starting rank. It is great for beginners, but professionals should move on.
- Comments: This car is incredibly useful, a must-have for the ~1700 rank range in Multiplayer. It has outstanding performance compared to nearby cars, with really good acceleration and nitro efficiency. Its handling and drifting are similar to the Bugatti Divo in Class S, with a light and bouncy feel, albeit with a wide steering radius and a large hitbox. My DBS SL is tuned to 5555-5055, at 1717.
