New personal best again today in Mount Teide, 00:54:630! But still, I could have taken the barrel with the One:1 lower and the final corner with the Centenario tighter. So tomorrow, I'll try that first, before tweaking the lineup. If I ever get to do that at all before the season is over! 😢
Maybe the 600LT could be better in pos #4 than the Centenario!?
There's certainly a good opportunity for the 600LT in pos #4. The Centenario simply has better nitro efficiency, which is why I prefer to use it in that position. Today I wasn't in shape and couldn't keep up with my laptime from yesterday. But in one race, I was close behind my ghost Centenario and was able to gain a few meters with the 600LT. So this seems to be the better choice for Mount Teide pos #4.

No one was able to beat my Mount Teide 00:54:465, not even myself. I was challenged 9 times but never defeated. 😊

Maybe the Ultima would be better on pos #2? And the Battista on pos #3?

No, I'm pretty sure those three cars are still the best options. You just need to drive more straightly. The One:1's raw top speed is good for the transition after the Centenario. Meanwhile, the One:1's handling is strong enough to navigate the central section of the track without drifting. The Battista's handling is not good enough for that, so you will waste time drifting.

I've watched the video again. With the One:1, I'm on nitro the whole time. No drifting, no jumps. Are you sure there's an advantage in the One:1 anyway?

Normally, you have to triple-tap in the Centenario after you land from the jump. Then, when the One:1 arrives, you have to quickly deactivate level 3 nitro and switch over to perfect nitro. The reason for this is to extend your nitro duration. Usually, I use the Jesko in this position, and it's the superior option. The Battista is not good here due to bad handling.

I knew I have to triple-tap in the tunnel to minimize the speed loss and then switch to perfect nitro to save juice, but I did that by doing a quick drift already with the Centenario. Triple-tapping with the Centenario, waiting for the One:1 and then braking and doing perfect nitro will of course cost less milliseconds. 😊 I'll try that tomorrow.

Drove a 00:45:456 today with the same lineup. Still far away from Aditya's latest 00:44:895 stint! But not too bad either! In the last part with the FFZERO1, I could try to shorten the drift periods a little. Aside from that, I don't see much headroom for further improvement.
EDIT: Watched it again. The Centenario to One:1 transition could be better, too. So maybe 200 more ms to gain!

Today's 00:45:324 in Rapido Park was probably as good as it gets for me. Tomorrow, I will try the Battista in pos #3. I don't think it will work but I want to be sure.

The Battista is harder to handle, but I couldn't find out if it's really worse on pos #3 than the FFZERO1, bc either I fell behind already with one of the first two cars so I had no direct comparison, or I made mistakes with the Battista. It needs to drift longer than the FFZERO1, but the triple-taps after the drift have more kick with the Battista.
I'll try again tomorrow.

Battista on pos #3 didn't work out. Divo on pos #1 doesn't work either. I can gain an advantage at the start and around the first corner, but the Divo is too boaty for the jump into the tunnel, so at that point, the Centenario is ahead again.
So I will leave my Rapido Park lineup at Centenario, One:1, FFZERO1 and try to improve my laptime the rest of the season.

Still didn't get the jump with the Centenario into the tunnel right. Touched the ceiling again. Aside from that, this is the best lineup I have and the best I can do with it. I'm winning about 80% of the "challenged while you were away" items already.

Got Rapid Transit this week. Currently only 00:50:426, couldn't get anything right today. 😔 I'll try again tomorrow with the same lineup (Centenario, Ultima, FFZERO1).

Damn! Forgot the screen recording!
00:47:601 on Rapid Transit! I can do better than that. 😕

It took me 7 tries, but I couldn't get much better. I didn't play much this week, so I'm still struggling for a good Defense on the second last day of the season. But at least I remembered to record the run this time. 😊
